Type U is an Industrial Design studio specialising in the motorcycle industry. Founded by award winning designer Michael Uhlarik, Type U is committed to providing complete design outsource services for OEMs and manufacturers focused on the powered two-wheeled sector.
With bases in Barcelona, Newcastle (UK) and Hong Kong, within the centres of the world's thriving motorcycle cultures, Type U puts emphasis on combining an emotional, crafted touch with modern techniques and “Concentric Design Methodology” to deliver effective design solutions which exceed expectations.
